Ingredients: serves 2
- large avocado: 2 peeled and mashed
- tomatoes: 1 chopped
- onion: 1/4 cup diced
- garlic: 2 cloves minced
- jalapeno: 1 seeded and finely chopped
- lime juice: 2 tablespoon
- fresh cilantro: 1/4 cup chopped
- salt: 1/2 teaspoon
1. Mix all the ingredients together.
Note: The avocados need to be soft for the dip. I like to keep it slightly chunky, but you can mash the avocados to be as smooth as you want the dip to be.
