I am trying to start an exercise routine. I bought two 5 lb weights. I want to do bicep and tricep reps and push-ups daily. I also want to use the Wii Fit for the balance and yoga exercises at least once a week. I am going to stay away from the aerobic exercises though. Last week David said he wanted me to gain weight. I knew I was underweight but after I got on the scale I didn’t realize I had lost so much weight these past months. I never exercised before so I know it was because I wasn’t eating. I have a bad habit of not eating when I am upset and food is a secondary thought. I am cooking now, but it isn’t consistent and it is hard to get motivated to do much when I am looking for food just for myself. But no matter what size, height, weight, age you are, one should try to exercise and eat right. So hopefully I can keep to my exercise routines and keep cooking to make new, better habits.
